Has something changed?

My website on the free hosting.
http://www.acew.x10host.com/index.html is failing with server dns not found but ftp and cpanel ok and I haven't knowingly made any changes. So has there been any x10hosting changes that may have affected this.

Disabled cloudfare from cloudfare as the page doesn't show in the cpanel but same response.
Removed .htaccess same response.

cleared my DNS cache ipconfig /flushdns
tried different machines on different wifi and mobile networks same response.
tried accessing using IE, Chome, firefox, and on PC, android and iphone with same response.

still get
Network Error (dns_server_failure)
Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.
The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.

google says DNS error but robot and fetch and render seems ok


all other web is ok just my pages on free x10hosting run out of ideas - any suggestions appreciated.

It works without 'www.'
Do you have an A or CNAME record for 'www' by any chance?

These haven't been changed by me in the past year and not sure where the last one came from though.

Try changing

www.acew.x10host.com. 1400 IN CNAME www.acew.x10host.com.cdn.cloudflare.net

to

www.acew.x10host.com. 1400 IN CNAME acew.x10host.com

The last TXT record would be for email.

I Reset my Zone File in cpanel and added cloudflare resolve entries back in and hey presto working again.
unpaused cloudflare and put my .htaccess back all ok.
still not sure why it stopped working though.
