Have 2 tickets still with no reply

I opened 1 ticket on September 8th and another on September 9th (about different situations). I yet to receive a response.

All I need now is to see if safe mode can be disabled because I am receiving this error:

Same I think I am getting cURL errors because of safemode. And I also have ignored tickets.
