It is so good! Makes your windows xp look like vista. For free. Someone else who uses it? I think it is great!

Oh, I've heard of this before. I didn't really know if it was any good. And I assumed that it would hog down the computer and slow it down, using up more RAM etc etc...

What are your experiences? Does it slow your computer down or not really affect it? If it speeds it up like cyberxzt said, then I'll install it now!

It does bring the attractiveness of Vista to the better XP! I think I'll try it out sometime.

Vista Transformation pack is even more better. It gives a complete Vista feel to XP. You would never know the difference between XP and Vista.

well the last time I installed that (I think that was back in 2006), It f***ed up my PC(good thing I had a skill with PC's). well i can certainly say something, anything that edits your UI, use the program at your own risk.

I have a custom version of vista inspirat. I installed a completely different theme, but kept the rocketdock, y'z shadow, uber icons, blah blah blah.

It looks like a completely new Windows operating system! ^-^

Windows only picks up twoGB, so having 4 is useless?

I use Vista, but I used that before I had vista.

Windows only uses 256 mb (xp)... I have 4 gb because I making movies and editing photos and game alot. And when vista gets stable and faster I should buy it. And vista takes 1 gb

those themes are useless... it will make some aspect of your OS look like vista.. but the behaviour will essentially remain as xp... and this can get very irritating if you have used vista before...
if you don't want to use vista and improve the looks for xp, try a theme like flyakiteosx.

Thet is probably a virus... Sp 3 is released in spring 2008. I have looked at windows update, no sp3, microsofts website, no sp3. Ok. You've doing illegal things. Bad bad bad! You are using the leaked illegal sp3. That can destroy your computer.

The leak is not illegal; it's a simple registry edit and you can get the beta SP3 from Windows Update.

But obviously Microsoft is not going to implement a Vista like theme in SP3, so whatever he downloaded was modified by a third party (or called a third service pack). As long as he got it from reputable sources, i.e. mod communities, I'm sure he won't have to worry about a virus

I've readed on the microsoft homepage that it is illegal to install it
