Have I lost my web site?

My x10Hosting client account y has been successfully changed through your account and I can get to my account management page.
When I try to get to my cPanel Login or to me web site, which is http://gotoelaine.x10hosting.com
my browser cannot display the page.
I have been following your service alerts and I know that you are doing seriously difficult transferring of accounts. The last service alert I saw was six days ago and suggested that 3 - 5 days was the latest target.
My account is free, so I realise that we are low priority on the grand scale of moving.
I want a little reassurance that the work of transferring is still on-going and that my web site will return.

Howdy;
The issues you are having are related to the current server upgrades and migrations which should be completed in a few more days. Many users, (including myself), are having the same types of problems. Try to be patient and you will be rewarded with improved service very soon.

My account is free, so I realise that we are low priority on the grand scale of moving.
The free accounts are also very important to x10 and be assured that the staff is working very hard to get ALL of the accounts migrated and working again.
