My support ticket was closed with no response and my site still does not work.

I am able to access that website with no difficulties. Perhaps there was some kind of temporary error. Try clearing your browser cache and try again. If you are still having difficulties post back here and we will assist you farther.

I have cleared my brower cache and reset the dns on my computer --- no change.
I have also attempted to access my web site from a computer that has never accessed it before --- no success.

your 'new' server [ Vox ] has a IP of [ 198.91.81.4 ]

click on "Community Support" at top of this page and enter a "question" about your error
there are a lot of "questions" about this type of error

Thank you for the DNS 'A'record help.
My issue is solved, I am able to access my site again.
I used cPanel to access the DNS records, chose reset to default and waited for information to propogate through the system and this morning ---success.
I am curious how the DNS 'A' records were created on the old server?
