I'm also from croatia, and i have the same problem. maybe its really something with our ip's. we cant get a static.

Ive just disabled now URIBL in my cpanel. I hope that will fix it, because i dont want to change my domain name again.

Same problem here again, i think its something with the server. I cant access the site only with proxy and my ftp manager don't work, and cPanel either.

-sigh- I am having the same problem too. Its kinda sad. I really like this site.

I am allowed to access the site on a proxy but I am not allowed to access it via my own IP address.

it look like problem is on one server only and shoud fix it that! Never before have this problem on old one! Somthnig happend on transfer!
