I have had two warnings on my forum account for some posts in crossfire being too short, and I've had my hosting account suspended once back when x10Hosting had their MySQL on one server fiasco and my forum software went into an infinite loop, but other than that, no bans here.

Cause that's what I got banned for, wanted to see how many folks didn't realize that it was free before I got whomped with the banhammah.


On that particular site? It was about 9,600.

We're talking about a different kind of bans. Mod administered bans, not game-bans. :naughty:

I don't think I deserved two weeks, really, but I probably should have been banned for other things I did around the same time, so I guess it evens out :biggrin:

Good idea! By the way I got banned once, about 60 seconds after I registered. And this was late at night! Mods definitely on the job!

Well, away from forums, I have gotten banned a bunch of times from a Star Wars: Battlefront II server for spamming "I R TEH VEHICULAR!!!!!!!!1111" in the chat every minute xD. My name was "a vehicle" in that game and still is, so it's more or less my motto. Same goes with Halo for the PC.

I think everybody has gotten angry at one time or another, forgot some rule, or just had a bad day!

I think this is why most forums issue warnings before banning.

I was nearly banned for my replies being one word, which was usually 'Word". Now I type more words, and actually try and be constructive.... I can be constructive.
