We're a local TV station from Chile (no, the name of my username doesn't have any relation with the real name of it) and just started our broadcasting service 2 months ago via cable TV. Since we wanted to make something attractive to the people who watches us, is to make available most of our video contents in our website, but the different solutions that some hosting enterprises offer are very expensive for our monthly budget (U$ 820 aproximatedly), as different as in USA, local TV stations in Chile are not dependent or affiliated to a big broadcasting network, we're totally independent and we can't afford the prices they charge.

We haven't uploaded any copyrighted material, most of the contents we want to put are completely recorded and edited by us, or given by different institutions. In this last case, WITH PERMISSION of uploading the material to the Internet.

If we have to pay something to make available our multimedia content in your servers, we'll try to do something to pay it as our budget can let us upgrade into a premium service. We really want to do this, but we have the big problem you see.

Your account was permanently suspended by our CEO as he found the account to be in violation of the File Hosting clause in our TOS; there's no way to unsuspend the account when he's the one taking it offline.

The x10hosting premium plans (known as x10premium) don't support File Hosting either; if whatever you had on the free account was enough for the CEO to permanently suspend you, it'd happen on premium too.
