Having a lot of issues PLEASE HELP!!

Ok I am using Fusion 7 and downloaded a fusion a 7 theme and added it onlyt he author used flash which created a whole mess of problems for me.

I tried to add a logo in the banner area but i couldn't i have to add it tot he flash player or change a bunch of coding around to get a jpg to work that i added the banner to. So if anyone can help me solve that thats one problem.

Can't change or do anything on my site because the site tells me my admin password is incorrect. and when i go to change it i got a server 500 error.

and finally my site is slow as hell and getting slower everyday whats the deal. very rarely will a page load in under 5-10 secs

So if anyone can help me out with this i'd be greatly apprecative.

Site loading might be due to x10 doing some work or unreliable host server -.-; I can't load my site at all, but I still have cPanel and FTP, heh.

same here I got an e-mail saying they are upgrading my PHP package and said it could take up to 12 hours to do so i figured thats why i couldn't access my website
