I'm having problems with my current PHP configuration. I'm not sure if it's due to the recent upgrade or an upgrade in the software that I use on my site.

I'm at Intermediate and when I try to upgrade my wordpress, I get "Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in..."

I haven't had problems in the past, so I assume that either security was tightened up and I need v3, or something was a bit messed up in the upgrade.

Finally, when uploading photos to my pixelpost, the resizing tool doesn't work. In the past, I could force my memory limit up to cope with the resizing, but recently I've received an error and the photo uploads without resizing correctly.

I upload photos about twice a week usually, but I've had a lull in the past week or two so I can't pinpoint exactly when this started happening.

I've already applied for php v3, but if that's not my problem I'd be happy to stay at intermediate.

Thanks for the great hosting!

Open the file that is linking you the error, and edit the line that calls the phpinfo function. This function is not needed to the installation to work, but it's used to check some stuff. The installation script should work without this function.

Yeah I already did that and installed successfully, but i'm still having a few problems with the recent lockdowns in the PHP in other matters (such as the automatic upgrade of plugins within wordpress).

I'm also still having the problem with the resizing of my photos within the web UI. Although I can obviously resize my photos outside of the server, I've been doing it serverside since I started my pixelpost and not having the ability to do so any longer screws up my workflow a bit.
