Having Problem with my phpMyAdmin

hi there. i've used x10hosting for along time, but today i having a very big trouble with my phpMyadmin that on my x10Hosting Basic, on my database tab, its view that i've created 2 database, but i cant log in to my phpMyadmin, can anyone help me plz??!!!! sr for my poor english

1. on the home x10hoasting basic panel click Try cpanel

2. GO to Database and check their
