Having Problem With My X10hosting Account

Hi X10hosting Team
I am not sure this is the right place to post this or not. I tried support tricket but still nothng happen.So posting here.
I am Having Problem with my account ( web host ) . I can log in to my account , but when i click Access Cpanel , I am getting https://vox.x10hosting.com:2083/login/?login_theme=cpanel .

And a Login Panel. I also Tried putting password but its showing invalied and also my subdomain bt.x10.bz with x10hosting not respoding .More Over i forgot to back up my web site database . I have been using X10hosting over years and there was no problem before like this . This Problem is Happining seens the Server Move . My Web Site is offline seens than and also am losing member . Please Help Me.
