Hello,
I just changed my account primary domain from siteart.x10hosting.com to one of my own domains: smoothweddings.co.uk the change has taken place in my account management, but I now cannot log into my cpanel ('login attempt failed' error each time I try)
The nameservers for smoothweddings.co.uk have been changed to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com for about a week now as I previously had it as a sub-domain in my account, so I can't see that being a problem.
My cpanel log in name is: siteart.
Is there a certain amount of time I have to wait for the changes to take place?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
