Having Problems logging into Cpanel!!

Today i am having problems loging into my Control Panel it will produce a blank page or if login panel appears it will take for ever to try & login.

I can view my index page ok.

Server: Stoli.x10
Domain: thebig0855.co.cc

Is there a problem today with the server!!

the cpanel for your site loads correctly and quickly if I use cpanel.thebig0855.co.cc

That did the trick, i will continue to login that way ie;

http://cpanel.thebig0855.co.cc rather than http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

By the way what is causing the problem preventing me logging in via;

http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082
