having problems with cpanel/site

Hello,

I seem to have a problem with logging onto cPanel, the server is Lotus, I saw the announcement about the server moving and make back ups, so I wanted to do that. But I cannot access cPanel.

The site is http://idirectory.x10.mx/index.php I cannot access the site, nor cPanel.

They should be perfectly fine, as the data was already transferred over.
