Having trouble with dreamweaver and the sql database

I cant seem to get it to connect. i took a look thru the forums and still haven't gotten it completely solved yet

You can upload your website using Dreamweaver's inbuilt FTP client but you cannot connect to x10 MySQL servers as "Remote MySQL Access" aren't available for free hosting users.

ok, so am i able to poll the sql database useing php for use with other htings ro am i gonna need the premium account?

You can access the SQL database from PHP scripts INSIDE of your account, by connecting them to "localhost" as the database hostname.

Remote MySQL refers to trying to connect to the database from OUTSIDE of your account (e.g. from your computer), which is not allowed on Free hosting and would require a premium account.
