hebrew in php

Hi,

I have a script I've written in PHP that contains hebrew text. The script runs fine on WAMP but when i uploaded to my hosting account hebrew characters didnt't show and instead of that i see question marks.
Note, this is only happens with hebrew text in a PHP file and does not happen in hebrew from SQL database (that shows fine).

Save your files with UTF-8 encoding and not any other encoding, then re-upload them.
Also publicly accessible uploader scripts can be abused and you will get suspended for filehosting/public uploader script. I'm giving you a break because it doesn't appear to work and theres nothing bad on your account(didn't dig too much)

all is in UTF8 and that didn't work. however i managed to print hebrew by using hebrew ASCII html entities.
ty anyway...
