Hello all... I need some help registering an account

I have been trying for days to register for a hosting account and I havent got it yet.

Is there are a tutorial on how to get an account with you?

i've also registered for an account and am waiting.

I believe there is a problem with the cpanel or something and they are waiting for it to be fixed before distributing the new accounts.
