Welcome to x10 hosting, The inactivity limit is now 31 days means you have to login to forum every 31 days.

Remaining issues, This is free hosting and issues will be there but resolved in very less time. very good community support. use it you will get to know.

For a free host there are no issues whatsoever. You have to load a page once every months, but that's hardly difficult. The hosts will tend to be down more than paid hosts, but that's expected. It's better than any other free hosting I've ever tried.
