I am a newbie and having a problem ~ what already I hear you ask! I am trying to host a website but I am being asked to link my account and it isn't happening for some reason no matter what I do, I am using the correct name and everything but still it isn't happening? Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks

I am having the same problem. Someone earlier said to type in your hosting Username, not the Forum Username. I have done that and it says that that Username doesn't exist.
When I click on the hyperlink in the email I recieved to activate my hosting account it says that my username is already in queue. How long do I have to wait for it to be activated?

I had a reply from my ticket and it says things should be up and running soon this was yesterday and it is still the same today as well so I am not sure what is wrong, if they don't sort it out soon I may try and find someone else for my site it worries me if this happens when first starting what will happen to my website in the future! Does anyone else feel the same or is it just me feeling frustrated with this?
