Firstly, Welcome fellow UK'er, I'm from Wales the land of Hills and sheep...

I too have had issues with Sloppy support, I am yet to really test X10 Support system truly yet but I will let you know how things go.

Everyone has been so warm fluffy and welcoming to me so far though *he hehe*

Yeah well its pretty cool that the support feature is integrated into the forum here and so far any queries I have had have beebn answered VERY quickly and not only that they have actually made sense.. The last place I tried I dont think they were even reading the questions!
Nice one for the reply, yes it is a good sense of community here so far! I cannot believe it is a free service and cannot wait to upload my material and see how it all goes!
