Hello, I need to recover my dollybar information database

I've been working for long time into dollybar crm fee software but I went out on vacations so the account is no longer active.

Is there any possibility to restore the account and the database information on dollybar's application. I really hope to solve me out with this issue.

Once an account has been deleted (in your case due to suspension for inactivity) everything is gone. No backups. No way to retrieve anything. Files or databases.
