We have not used the basic/intermediate/advanced php system for quite some time now -- all free accounts use the same php settings.

What error messages are you getting?

Thanks for the quick reply. Sometimes, my site is working properly, but most of the time I get an error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

In your cPanel File Manager, make sure that the permissions for all of your directories are set to 755 and the permissions for all of your files are set to 644.

If you are using "seo urls" that use .htaccess rewrites, make sure that you have a RewriteBase / set above any RewriteRules

If your pages are loading really slowly (more than 60 seconds), this could be another cause of Internal Server Errors.
