Never ceases to amaze me how many folks get this part messed up, so let me spell it out as clear as I possibly can:

Use of vBulletin when it's bought, paid for, and has a legitimate license, is allowed.

Use of vBulletin when it's a nulled, illegally modified to be free version with no license, is not allowed.

You had the second option, and thus are now permanently suspended for copyright infringement and warez since that's what a nulled script is. You will not be unsuspended or provided any access to your account or its data.
