Hello, Question.

Hello everone... im fairly new and i havent been on for a while, i was thinking about how i can edit my site... i know HTML code but when i took the class on it i was on a mac, and we were hosting the website off the school's webserver... so what i need to know is:

How can i edit my index page?

Just go to your cPanel, log in, go to the file manager, then click on the index.html file or whatever your index is. Then start editing with whatever you would like to put in there. As for not logging in to your cPanel try clearing your cache.

Thanks, but i clear my cache a LOT so i know thats not the problem.. im useing my username/pass to get into the cPanel, but it just says login attempt failed... if you need me to i can photobucket them.

first make sure ur pass it right. if it is then attempt to go to your URL. if that does not come up with a suspended message then i dont know. you could aslo edit your files via ftp. let me know if you need more help.

Login to your cPanel through this link http://rsrus.x10hosting.com:2082 and use the cPanel username/password to login.

This is a different account i have made because my page and cPanel were both down... anyway im the threadmaker....

nothing has seemed to help and it seems that i cannot log in... heres a pic attached of the error i get...

First of all having multiple accounts is against the TOS, you need to terminate one of the accounts. Which of the two accounts do you want terminated?

Maybe we should worry about this working before i worry about multiple accounts... if you feel the need to terminate one then destroy this one
