Hello. Suspended already

I'm was excited one night recently to learn some more about using the php stuff to help with work scheduling. Now I'm back and the site's inaccessible
It was a free one and I probably screwed up some thing to do with the advertising since I never saw any while the site was working
Can anyone help?
