I'm sorry, X10 does not allow exceptions to users violating the ToS for nulled scripts. Your account will remain suspended and you will not be allowed to sign up for a new account at X10. Even if it was an accident, the rules apply to everyone equally. Please be more careful when downloading software in the future because you could get in a lot of trouble worse than losing a free hosting account.

Ok no problem, I was just testing the accounts and software, can I still sign up to premium hosting?

I'm not sure, but I believe you are still allowed to. The rules are relaxed on paid hosting, and your free hosting account does not effect your paid account for the most part, but there are still rules against nulled scripts for any type of account at X10. If you would like, I will ask a staff member to review your case and give you any information you need regarding your accounts here.

Ok thanks, just to be clear I have only one account here and I was unaware of what "nulled" software was, I shall never use it again as I now understand it is illegal.

Thanks again.

I will escalate this to staff attention then, so you can discuss your hosting packages.
