Yeah, until x10hosting does something catastrophic, I'm a repeat customer.

I'm not sure how they do their technical support, but the 10-minute turn-around that I've have for tickets keeps me sold. I'm trying to gauge how the VPS services work, since I know of another group that is looking for hosting and I'd really like to see them moved here.
