I recently created a free-hosting website , and when i uploaded my files and ran them. it seems that :
stream_socket_client() has been disabled for security reasons.
and also it doesn't connect me to my external mysql.

Yes it disabled and remote mysql is also disabled.Free account doesn't allow this type of operation.
