Help about use of forum script without breaching TOS.

I wanna create a wap script forum like http://wapforge.tk by using a uloki forum script. If i will create forum its obvious that members will upload wap script to share. So i wanna know that can i create such forum? Will creating such forum will be under terms of services.

It should be as far as users are uploading legal files.You will need good moderation on your forum to prevent any abuse.

are they going to be uploading things to a server. as you do not want people to be uploading files. Hosting attachments is okay but for a place for people to host files would be in violation of the toc

File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

Im not sure if this would be considered as violating the tos.

In my opinion you should only allow people to write down the script code and tell people if they want to use it to copy and paste it to a wap script and then they can use it. However it could be edited then. I would talk to a moderator or the admin before making the decision to start this off. I would think it is okay because it is related to the website as long as someone does not upload something that can be against the tos. I would check on that. However like bhupendra said you should watch copyright as you can be banned even if someone else uploads it. I too own a forum and am still looking for moderators as you never can have too little moderators. However you dont want to make every member on the forum a moderator just enough to have atleast 1 - 2 (3 preferably) online at one specific time.

Hmmm you can see the link http://wapforge.tk peoples are uploading php scripts as zip to share. Its hard to copy paste script like autoindex, sea download etc so obvious it need to be upload in my site. Anyone moderator here give me right answer.

The correct answer has already been given - if they are uploading legal, non x10-TOS violating files, you should be fine.

However, I would STRONGLY advise keeping a very close eye on the forums, either via post-moderation or only allowing certain users permission to upload. As soon as any 1 file uploaded breaks someone's copyright, it breaks x10's TOS, and can be permanently suspended.



Edit: Seems I should have looked first and posted second; I'm curious how you missed one of your links contained the word "NULLED" right in it which violated that developers copyright, along with several other scripts that likely broke copyright as well.

In the future, should you ever end up with a new account at x10 again, you are responsible for -everything- on your account, including the stuff other users post. That's why you need to keep a close eye on users. That said, the download in question was uploaded by the Head Admin of the board. That's generally a -bad- thing.
