Help-accidental deletion of public_html and www folder

I am redhawk. www.easytest.x10hosting.com. Ad Free package. I had site up ok but somehow I have managed to delete the public_html and www folder - I uploaded again and my files seem to gone up ok but to the home folder, which is the only folder showing. Can you re-create these for me (I see somebody else did something a bit similar). Thanks - sorry to be a nuisance, fairly new at this.

Are you able to create a folder yourself? I'm unsure if you can, but have you tried creating a folder and calling it public_html. Of course, you would need to create the folder in the right place, not sure if this would help, but you can try, let me know how it goes.

Yeah, I tried that and ftping to it, but ended up with same problem - had seen somebody else had done similar and they got their folders re-created for them. Thanks anyway.........

No problem, sorry it couldn't help...Yeah, just wait for an admin and i'm sure they will recreate it for you. =] As for other news, maybe you could suggest in the suggestions forum to have some sort of protection in place to prevent these root folders from being deleted, and if for some weird reason you need it deleted, then you could apply to have it deleted? Or something like that...
