Some days ago, google alerted me that googlebot is not receiving a reply from my website.

I tried to log on to my x10hosting free account, but it says that I have to create a new hosting account. And then it was not approved because they stopped offering it "in your country". But I've had this account all along.

Today, I tried again, and was able to log in to cpanel. But everything was wiped! No files, no email accounts, no domain.

Just wanted to know what happened and if I can restore from a back-up or something.

They would need either your old cPanel username or domain name to check the records.

If your account was suspended for inactivity (not logging onto the Account Portal for 30 days) and the suspension was not removed before 14 days, the account would have been deleted from the system. No backups.

They just changed the "white list" so that your country is now allowed to open new Free Hosting accounts.

Thanks! I don't think it's suspended. And regarding the countries, I signed up while I was in a non-restricted country and just wanted to log in to avoid inactivity, and then I got that message.

Anyway, should I open a ticket?

Thanks again.
