Please help!!
I use my account (marytalx) for my HTTP class and I just got an email stating that it was suspended due to inactivity. I'm very confused. I have been working on my account frequently so why am I considered inactive? After the last inactivity warning I looked in the forums and tried switching to the cpanel in case that was the issue. It clearly showed on the left hand side that I had logged in. So what am I missing??? How can I be suspended due to inactivity when I have been active?

Also, the email stated that I should login to request a removal of the suspension. How do I do that? I don't see a reference to the word suspension anywhere.

Please, this is the last of my class and I have to have a working site in order to post my final project!!

Sincerely, Mary

You have to sign into cPanel via: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ that is the only way they can track your logins.

Currently you are not suspended, but to be sure, please use the above link to login to cPanel as soon as possible.

I have done that. Since I just got my final warning. I use this service for teaching classes. There used to be a self-unsuspend button. I was hoping that logging in to cpanel would do. Please don't shut me down. It took ages to set up that e-learnign environment.
Kind regards,
Andreas.

You are now unsuspended.
Make sure to clear your browser cache and history before checking your site to prevent seeing a stored copy of the "Suspended" page.
