help--can log into Bulletin, but not into free account

I created an account some time ago, but cannot log into the account. I can log into the Bulletin, but not into my website. I've even had my domain name transferred to this hosting website, but to date, except for the first day of its creation, I have not had success in logging into my account, nor have I heard a response to my email request for help.

However you can login into your cpanel. http://yourwebsite.com/cpanel
