Help Cannot connect to cpanel on stoli server.

Hi it's the second time i'm creating a new support request cause nobody answered the first one.
I cannot login to my cpanel to make my website working again(problem with mysql).

Trying to login but i get (Login Attempt Failed!).

Can you please help me?

Did you tried the cpanel link from account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

Click on view details of your free hosting account and then click on "Login to Cpanel" button.

If you forgot the cpanel password, you can reset it in account panel.

yes tried from the link from the account panel but still.... i changed the password but neither the new or the old one works. so it's not beacause of the password...
