HELP: Cannot Connect To Database - Starka Server - int.web6.vital.x10hosting.com

Hello,
I just setup my free webhosting a couple hours ago.
My server is Starka.
I have created a database and database user.

I have installed my script and during install I get the following error

FATAL ERROR: Could not connect to database on localhost (Access denied for 'myname_user'@'int.web6.vital.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES))

I have LOCALHOST for hostname. I have entered db name, db username, and password correctly both in my config file and during installation. I have done this install many times on other servers, so I know what I am doing in terms of installation.

What is int.web6.vital.x10hosting.com?

Please help!

Go to cPanel --> Remote MySQL and make sure that the list of Remote Hosts looks like:

10.33.248.%
10.33.249.3
int.starka.x10hosting.com

And it should be 'localhost' in lower case
