Help can't add domain (Addon Domain)

Hi I tried to add cnexnetworks.com as an addon domain on my account but it says:

Error from park wrapper: cnexnetworks.com is already configured.

Please help and thanks in advance,

I show that domain is not registered to any X10hosting free user. A staff member is required to resolve this problem.
