Help, can't create ftp account

Hi there,

I have registrated and activated my account, I can login into cpanel and build a wordpress site as well, but I can't create ftp account. When I click "ftp accounts" tab of cpanel, it only shows "working", no other information, how can I create a ftp account? Help!

You can use your cpanel username and password as your ftp account

Regarding the display of "working" when you click on FTP accounts is.

You have to wait for some time. It shows all the default accounts.

Thanks for the reply, but I got another issue, I can't use SFTP.

We only use ftp... i am not sure if we allow sftp.
