Help can't install Joomla

I can't install Joomla. I get this message
pat-Error Could not load templates from page.html.

How are you installing Joomla, and when do you get that error? Are you installing from Fantastico or from files you manually uploaded?

I am installing it from the files that I uploaded manually. I am using FireFTP to upload it too.

Well, check folder and file permission. This does not look as an x10Hosting problem directly. You should also try find help from other users or from the Joomla forums.

Files should be 644, and folder should be 755. (Some foldes/files may need write permissions, so check Joomla documentation). You might have also not uploaded all files, make sure they are all uploaded.
I'll close this thread as this is not an x10hosting problem, it's a problem with your Joomla, so you need to post in Joomla forums.

You can post on another section (not in the support one, but on the Scripts & 3rd Party Apps) and see if another member can help you.
