Help! Cant Post Links

im using version 2 php and on my vbulletin when i try to post links i keep getting the following error:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /newthread.php could not be found on this server.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at gamingeternity.exofire.net Port 80

error log says:

What exactly are you trying to post? Like Copy/Paste the exact post here as you would put it on your forums.
