Help can't unsuspend therefore cannot fix problem

A little help here, I just got my first suspension overnight due to resource hogging, I was able to immediately unsuspend that, and was acquiring help on how to further prevent this from happening but as I was doing so it suspended me again and now I can't seem to unsuspend it. With this suspension I cannot even log in to my cpanel to at least take out wordpress first, let alone deactivate plugins.
