I have installed Help Center Live on my website, all is working fine, except, when a client ends a chat session and they are redirected to the screen that allows them to email the chat transcripts to their email. They type in their email address, click send and all they see after that is a blank white page and they don't receive any email.

I'd really like for this feature to work.

Edit: Also, whenever I add/edit operators it works fine but I get this message at the top:

Notice: Undefined variable: blob in /home/cbbadmin/public_html/class/operator.php on line 196

I'm positive that I've installed it correctly, it's a very simple script.

Whoops, I thought it already was at intermediate.

How long does it typically take for a php upgrade after it says "Upgrade pending"?
