Help changing domain

I cannot change my domain, and the previous thread got closed. I need help cause I've been trying to change it for a long time.

If you want to change the primary domain then login to Account panel and select modify service

If you want to change parked or addon domains then login to cpanel at http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082

I hate repeating myself..... I just said I cant it doesnt work.

And also all my folders within public_html have dissapeared, im not sure If I deleted them or they dissapeared but is there a way to recover them?

If you had deleted them then there is no way to get them back.
