help closing accounts

How do you go about closing out an account so you can try and register again, as I have opened a support ticket on this and I have not heard anything back yet and I want to keep the subdomain name that i have.

If you want the same sub-domain you already have why do you want your account deleted?

Staff back there are EXTREMELY busy at the moment so you just have to be patient.
