Ok, Stupid me to Format C: Drive using the win98 Floppy.
The laptop doesnt support CD-Drive it has a floppy drive, and usb port.

Ok here the situation:

I need to Install Windows 98 {Installation is on USB Drive}
I need to Somehow tell the bootdisk to run files from USB
The USB Drive Required a Driver when Win98 was working, how i put the driver on the Boot-disk to recognize the USB Drive?

Now, whilst in win98 bootdisk mode, i need it to recognize the usb drive so that i can run the win98 setup

Somehow while in the floppy boot mode, i need to run the setup files in the usb.
the BIOS does NOT support USB booting but it has USB Legacy Support.

Any way to solve this dilemma?
