help-disk space limited and error while connect to cpanel

My disk space is 1024MB, why?
And why do I cann't connect to cpanel - http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 by UCBrowser V8.3.0.154 ? But i can connect to http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082.
