Different Disk Space Usage???

who can guide update Disk Space Usage for me

Judging from your screen shots, you are not yet eligible for upgrading to the unlimited disk space plan due to only using a small portion of the available disk space in your account.

Closing ticket as I have reviewed the request and found the account to be ineligible for upgrading for the below reasons:

1) Account is not using 50% of available disk space.
2) Account is not in line with the Terms of Service as the Primary Language is Vietnamese with no translation to English, Spanish, or French available.
3) Account has been suspended due to having bypassed the restricted country list at signup, as the primary account holder is accessing from Vietnam, based on the cPanel activity from after the account was created.
