HELP! Domain not resolving, plus cPanel not accepting my credentials!

Hi,
I'm gettign some trouble with my website which at the moment is on the lotus server. My domain (termz.co.uk) doesn't want to resolve to the Lotus server, plus the cPanel at http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 wont accept my username and password. Username is termz. Plus, FTP wont authenticate me.
Help! I need my site back up as soon as is humanly possible, wihout having to pay.
It may help by me saying that I've paid for the no suspensions for a year, so that may be causing a problem.

Hi Ciaran C,

It may be small hickup due to the server migration. I will escalate the thread to staff to look into matter but it may take time than normal as they are busy with migration
