Help!! dont know how to use mysql to run my program

Hi I'm introuble and need any help I can get bad.
I have a chat programe that I been trying to put on my x10hosting but it doesn't work this is what I keep geting when setting up the program.

select database management system
A database management system is required in order to run said program
choose one of the options below to install [ at no cost ] SQL Server Data Engine, use SQL Server already on this computer or use SQL Server installed on your network.

install SQL Server free support [MSDE] on this computer or,

SQL Server [installed locally or remote]

ok since I have and sql on x10 I chose the second option
and got this message

SQL Server info
enter userid and password for SQL Server

you can not make these up. You most enter the actual database owner userid and password that is currently configured in your SQL Server

Server: --NONE--

Userid:

Password:

Ok I enter my information my mysql userid and password and this is what happens.

testing database connection please wait

database connection failed
[DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or
access denied. [DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen
[Connect[]].
ok cancel

I need help how do I get my chat program running if any of this makes sense please explain what I have to do to get it up and running the mysql is not working with my chat program

Are you running this program from your local computer?

We don't allow remote connections into MySQL if that is what you're doing.

I dont think thats what im doing my chat program is being run on my computer yes , it needs a sql database to run tho and I keep on putting in my x10hosting mysql information it asked me the server name the userid and password but than shows a message it doesn't exist hmmm what am I doing wrong ?

If your chat program is on your own, personal computer and requires Mysql, you will need to set up MySQL on your own computer. As Corey stated above, we don't allow remote MySQL connections. You will have to set up the chat program on your x10 hosting account to use x10's MySQL.

oh wow thats what was wrong thank you so much ugh I hate to be a bother but how do I get my chat program to x10 hosting account to set it up . how do I set it up on my x10 hosting account not sure how sorry to bother and thx allot

it will not work. You can not run programs on our servers.
