The error code provided is [1]: ERRT79029 Because of this error, you must sign up for an account again. yep i try to access from another account because I do not take the password in the cpanel :happysad:

First of all, I noticed that you mentioned that you speak poor English - if you are fluent in Spanish, feel free to post in Spanish, as this is the Spanish support area.

Next, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "taking the password in the cPanel." Did you receive the same error as specified in your first post when you tried creating another new account?

Gracias. solo hablo poco en ingles y me oriento con los traductores de google :biggrin:. bueno el asunto que tengo problemas de acceder al cpanel desde la cuenta anterior que cree y ahora hice una nueva para poder remediarlo pero me sale este error. en la cuenta anterior todo funciono bien hasta que se me olvido la contraseña para acceder a mi cuenta, hice la petición de restaurar la contraseña pero esta solo me entraba como usuario de foro y NO al cpanel .

Que hiciste cuando recibiste el error que mentionaste? Es un error durante crear una cuenta, or durante tratar de acceder la cuenta?

Parece que no hay una cuenta debajo de su cuenta de foro. Es posible que no puedes acceder la cuenta porque no existe.

Si este es el primer vez que encontraste este error, por favor crear un nuevo cuenta. Si encontras este error otra vez, dinos aqui.
